i'm finally a PADI certified Open Water Diver!!
can u believe it?! hahahaha
phuket trip was gooooood! had an amazing amazing time in phuket with jesslyn, my cell group darling. just the two of us. arent we just brave? :)
flew there by Tiger Airways (S$140 return) and pampered by The Royal Palm Resort (S$30/person/night), dived with Marina Divers (S$450) dirt cheap right?! kekeke
attaining diving license is not as easy as i thought it would be. there's a text book to STUDY, going for class, 50 obj ques exam with 75% as passing mark, several practical exams which include emergency scenario eg removing mask underwater and donning it back, loosing the regulator, out of air and etc. everything done on our own, thanks to our instructor who insisted we do it without any help =.=
but we're just sooo fortunate to have Ekk as our instructor. he's multitalented (a diving instructor with a degree in orchestra music who involves himself in gigs and crazily into modifying his car) and so cranky and farnee. he's that pro in diving that he certifies diving instructors. unbelievable huh? and he calls one of the big bellied diver a whale shark *swt!*
we ate out 'tummy' out thruout the whole 6 days. we just loosen ourselves and self pamper with massages, mani-pedi and good food. it's definitely a great getaway from work and a darn hectic city!

yea healing but oso itching 2 go 4 further adventures...work is crazy lately and not enough rest at all :( diving trip would be latest july...wanna go june but still looking 4 a partner since my cuz FFK me as he is starting new job and therefore no hols!!!! sigh... thats really a beauty..not sure if got opp 2 view in tioman though.. btw is d test tough?
hmph.. the test is abit of physic, abit of maths and abit of common sense. shudnt be a prob if u actually read. i just flip thru the book and still able to pass. so not too worry bout that. hahaha. then who/where are u going with/to for ya diving course?
