today Sep the 14th, marked the day i had my worst gastric ever, since the very hour i woke up. pretty bad this time that i thought i almost black out while heading to the airport. had soupy breakfast and thought it will go away as usual, since i'm like kinda immune to it already. but it didn't. urgh.
had no appetite the entire day. slept the whole evening. had Starbucks hot choc with a piece of waffle for dinner while doing these.
everyone needs a little encouragement :)
told myself to grab proper food after, had seaweed soup while with Jesslyn around 11pm. but seriously shouldn't have eaten. i feel like throwing up and it's making my stomach more acidic. going to and fro the bathroom. i can see stars now. leaving for LA tmr (later). 20 hours on the plane, by myself. the movies better be good. will update from the States. ciao!
